my first blog post

hullo, welcome to this page. am glad i was born, am glad i faced challenges, am glad some one abused me, teased me, and did something bad to me. i am glad, glad glad glad!
it was because of something that happened sometime back that i came to my senses and decided to take on something hard, something serious, something that would rank me above the ordinary. and now that am already on my way up the ladder, i can look down and say, wow!, that was great!
i have started this blog to keep you updated of what is going on in the world of fitness and body building in uganda, and the world over. the driving force is one, and very simple, passion!
